Don was voted Beau Brummel on the Senior Ballot.  Looks like he still deserves that title.

Halloween Teen Town
Costumes and Decorations
Prove Big Hit to Over 500
Teen Town's annual Halloween dance last Saturday at Southeast proved to be a big success and provided a night of fun and excitement for everyone present.
Representatives from the City Hall were there to judge the costumes and to pick winners.
Don Eichman, dressed as a Parson, was awarded the blue ribbon for the best-dressed boy. A rooster costume worn by Glenda Ison drew the first place in the best-dressed girl contest. Harry Snyder and Harriet Hagan won as the best dressed couple in their colorful Chinese costumes. Top honor for the best mask that aided her characterization as a pirate, was given to Diane Summer.

In The Spotlight
One of the most outstanding senior boys, Don Eichman, captures the spotlight this week because of the part he plays in school activities.
Of his many achievements, Don considers being elected vice-president of the senior class his greatest. This year Don was chosen assistant editor of the Crusader staff. Being social chairman of the Senior Business Committee is quite a job, but Don holding that office and also being president of Teen Town, is very capable of handling both.
Don has acquired many new duties this year by being secretary of our new Pep Club. He was also a member of this year's tennis team. Various home room offices have been held by Don Eichman because of his ability to do his job well, as well as getting along with other people.
Don's ambition include going to college and studying engineering, a field where his abilities will be welcomed as they have been here at Southeast.

ONE FALL STARTED A CHAIN REACTION of spills last night at the Loose Park Lake, where about 150 persons went ice skating. Ice on the lake and on the lagoon in Swope Park, where 200 persons skated, was about three inches thick.
